TYPES OF COACHING
WHAT TYPE OF COACHING WILL BE BEST FOR ME ?
In the first conversation you have with Craig, he will talk to you about the options you have with coaching. Coaching will generally be provided for teams or individuals one on one. Before any coaching begins, there will be agreement on what type of coaching will deliver the greatest benefit and then a tailored package will be offered.
ONE ON ONE COACHING
HOW DOES ONE ON ONE COACHING WORK ?
Craig’s one on one sessions begin with a quick chat either face to face or over the phone. It is important that both Craig and the client feel that they can work with one another. After the initial conversation, there will be an agreement to continue into a coaching relationship or complete at that conversation. There is no obligation to continue.

HOW ARE ONE ON ONE COACHING SESSIONS STRUCTURED?
One off- Craig is engaged to work on a specific dilemma, issue or concern. After this conversation, the coaching agreement may continue or complete there. This Is great to get “unstuck” or create some new ideas to get moving.
12 Session series – This is usually used when a client has a set of outcomes or goals they would like to achieve. The sessions are usually run either weekly or fortnightly.
Session 1 (approx 1-1.5 hours)
In the first session we will discuss what will happen through the series. We will work towards setting 3 inspiring and exciting goals.
We make sure your happy and excited by the goals you have set and do any fine tuning needed. We will start working on the plan to achieve the goals.
Put the final touches to the plan and get into action.
Session 4 & 5
Check in on your goals, and review actions from last session. We continue to set new actions
Check in to make sure the client is happy with the coaching style, pace and format.
Review the goals. Look at the actions completed so far and set new actions.
Half way there. Time to make sure we’re on track to achieve the goals. Make any adjustment needed to succeed.
Review the goals and actions. Set new actions as we move towards completion
Final session. Review the goals and celebrate the achievements.
HOW DOES TEAM COACHING WORK ?
Meet with the CEO, director, manager or team leaders to discuss the organsiations desired outcomes. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses that currently exist and paint a picture of the current reality. Establish and agree on the bench marking and reporting process and procedures.
Individual meetings with each team member, gathering data and getting to know each team member.
Meet with the team and discuss what team coaching as all about and any concerns they may have. Clarify everyone’s role in the team and establish the boundaries and confidentiality that will be agreed to during the team coaching.
Establish the common purpose. The team must come together for the same reasons. Time will be spent ensuring that everyone is on board before the coaching begins. Once the common purpose is agreed upon then we can work towards establishing the common goals.
